Job Description
The Zonal HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic partner to the business units within the assigned zone. This role is responsible for implementing HR strategies and programs that support business objectives, drive employee engagement, and ensure compliance with local labor laws. The Zonal HRBP will work closely with business leaders to address HR needs, manage talent, and support organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership:
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals and objectives.
- Provide strategic HR guidance and support to business leaders within the zone.
Recruitment Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions and specifications.
Talent Management:
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process for the zone, ensuring alignment with talent needs.
- Support talent development initiatives, including succession planning, performance management, and career development.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee issues and conflicts, providing solutions and guidance in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement.
Organizational Development:
- Implement HR programs and initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness, including change management and organizational restructuring.
- Support and advise on employee training and development programs.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws and regulations, and manage compliance issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports for the zone.
HR Projects:
- Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives that impact the zone.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives within HR processes.
