Role Description
The Zonal HR: Productivity Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. This position involves overseeing Hiring , Training , Retention which intern helps manage productivity,. Role holder will be face of Indiashelter in the Zone. The Zonal HR: Productivity Manager will collaborate with both HR and business teams to optimize systems, processes, and procedures to improve productivity, efficiency, and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications
• 8+ years of HR experience, with a focus on productivity or business HR
• Experience in leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive change management initiatives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field; Master's degree preferred ( IIMs Preferred)
• Experience in the finance / HFC / NBFC or banking industry is Mus
