Drafting and vetting of legal agreements like mutation entries, title deeds, N.A Permission, statutory approvals etc.
• Interaction with the developers of housing projects on a daily basis and resolving any queries or deficiencies that arise.
• Initiating and verifying legal and valuation reports.
• Conducting a legal scrutiny of APF and One-offs which also involve raising and resolving queries....
