Connects with CPC HQ key stakeholders to align business & fundamentals goals ensuring stewardship & compliance
Serves as face of company in the CPC HQ
Weekly/Bi-Weekly connect with CPC HQ officials
Ensuring all the circulars required for business continuity are released from HQ in time and circulated across the site teams
Align engagement of P&G senior officials with CPC HQ Leadership
Responsible for identifying channel leading to our admission/approval, Assess channel partner requirements
Obtain insights into usage of current products and untapped opportunities
Review inventory levels and ensure product availability for the region
Use market research data to establish product pricing
Coordinates with Account Executive, Project Manager, Logistics, Finance & Admin for better performance & relationship with CPC HQ
Research competitor offerings and do analysis of channel performance, potential and make strategies accordingly
Complete business ownership of P&G business in the CSD depot and/or CPC geography via distributor.
Developing business plans by proper data analysis and proposing actionable next steps.
Execution to deliver the business and fundamentals in canteens with help of team consisting of Account Managers and Visibility Captains.
Developing and maintaining a productive long term relationship with your customers.
Acquire a deep understanding of your customer needs and requirements
Acquire an in-depth understanding of your shoppers, categories and market
Adapting and optimizing country commercial guidelines to your specific client
Preparing volume forecast and plans
Collaborating very closely with teams from other departments (Supply and Finance)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above with meaningful Sales experience in CSD/CPC
A leader and are passionate to make things happen, collaborating well with diverse groups of people
Have an external focus and a real passion for Sales / Marketing
Like to bring creativity & innovation to your work
Strong analytical thinking and skills
Experience 8+ years in relevant industry - Consumer Goods having similar exp in CSD/CPC channel. Experience with CPC HQ will be a big advantage
