Job Description:
The primary role of the Financial Consultant will be to provide financial and tax advice to clients or internal departments. You will assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and tax returns
• Conduct audits of financial statements and internal controls
• Review and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of accounting systems and procedures
• Provide financial and tax advice to clients or internal departments
• Prepare and file tax returns, including income tax, GST, and TDS returns
• Ensure compliance with various laws, regulations, and accounting standards
• Maintain and update financial records and documentation
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Tally, attention to detail, and strong communication skills both verbally and written. They will also demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team, along with high ethical standards and a commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Completion of the Intermediate level of Chartered Accountancy
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation laws, and auditing standards

- Hands-on experience in AP, and AR using QuickBooks in Real Estate Accounting.
- Education background with either a Bachelor’s or Master's in Commerce.
- Good English communication skills.
- Knowledge of GAAP, US Accounting, and Taxation process.
- Experience in working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas.
- Must be a CPA candidate or CPA enrolled.
