We are seeking an Account Executive to oversee all finance and accounting operations within our firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial accounting, taxation, budgeting, compliance, and cost control while ensuring smooth project financial management. This role demands expertise in GST, TDS, financial reporting, and accounts reconciliation, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced construction and infrastructure environment.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure timely bookkeep
- Prepare financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements).
- Ensure proper accounting of mobilization advances, retention money, and security deposits.
- Ensure timely closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
- Review project-wise cost allocation and financial records for accuracy.
2. Taxation & Compliance
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory filings.
- Coordinate with auditors for tax audits and statutory audits
- Assist in resolving tax-related queries and notices from government authorities.
- Ensure compliance with E-Way Bill and RCM (Reverse Charge Mechanism) provisions.
- Keep track of latest amendments in tax laws and accounting standards.
- Ensure GST Input Credit reconciliation with purchase registers.
3. Accounts Payable & Receivable
