We’re looking for an experienced and high performing Senior Associate to join our dynamic and collegiate Real Estate team.
You’ll be a valued member of the team and have the opportunity to work autonomously on complex and interesting property matters, with plenty of support from a fantastic team and three award winning senior practitioners.
Working closely with two partners and a special counsel, you will assist with servicing quality clients both in Queensland and nationally.

A bit more about the work
You’ll be a crucial part of the team working on a diverse range of matters including:
capital acquisitions and divestments;
major landlord and tenant leasing; and
property development including off the plan sales, development agreements, joint venture agreements etc.

About you
The successful candidate will ideally have:
a minimum of five years PQE and experience in property/real estate with a reputable Australian firm;
significant experience with acquisitions, divestments, and leasing;
a strong work ethic and the ability to manage competing priorities;
exceptional attention to detail and communication skills; and
a commitment to continually learning and developing and assisting others to do the same.
