This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Real Estate Sales Associate to join the Peek Property Group Team assisting Director and Senior Real Estate Agent Rhonda Schellnack
Role Responsibilities
Prospecting for new clients via door knocking, calls, email, text and letter box flyer dropping
Database entry, management and reports
Property showings
Installing and removing signs for open homes
Preparing reports and inspection materials
Assisting director Rhonda Schellnack with any day to day work tasks as required
Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Maintain clear and effective communication skills with all clients
Providing excellent customer service to all clients
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Additional Skills
Communications Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills
Organisation: Be punctual, organised and responsible
Customer Service: Ability to provide excellent customer service at all times
Requirements/Qualifications
Reliable vehicle and valid NSW Drivers License
Availability Monday to Saturday
Current Certificate of Registration (Certificate 4 in Real Estate) and or Real Estate Agent License
