We are currently hiring for two key positions in our Ahmedabad office, both requiring night shift availability aligned with US business hours.
Position 1: US Bookkeeper (1 Opening)
Location: Onsite – Ahmedabad
Shift: 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST (US Time Zone)
Experience: Minimum 2 years in hotel/restaurant chain
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records and reports
Reconcile accounts, process invoices, and manage payroll data
Assist in month-end and year-end close processes
Ensure compliance with US accounting standards
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience in the hospitality sector
Strong understanding of US accounting systems
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Must be able to work onsite in Ahmedabad during the night shift
Position 2: US Accounts Manager (1 Opening)
Location: Onsite – Ahmedabad
Shift: 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST (US Time Zone)
Experience: Minimum 3 years in hotel/restaurant chain
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and team performance
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
Ensure compliance with US GAAP and hospitality industry practices
Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders on financial matters
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in a hotel or restaurant chain
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
