Candidate should be from Accounts Background and minimum 1 year experience.
We are in Logistics & Freight Forwarding business, so preference will be given for Same Field Candidate.
JOB Description:
1. Daily Booking of Purchase Bills, with the proper approval & checking.
2. Calling for Orders Stationary's, IT Person, Other Admin work as per companies requirement.
3. Proper Checking of Fedex Invoices, Raise the Query if any discrepancy and booking of Invoices.
4. Preparing documents for Hard Copies Courier.
5. Cheque Slip preparation for Deposits.
6. Co-ordinate with Internal operation & sales teams to solve Queries related to Invoices.
7. Should be Knowledge of Bank Reconciliation.
8. Making Payment Entries.
9. Other assigning work by manager.
He/She should be Young Energetic, and should be learning, growth prospective mind.
should be minimum graduate
Should be Excel & Tally Skill Knowledgeable.
