Education & Experience
· B. Com/M. Com
· 2-3 Years of Experience as an Account Assistant/Executive
Work Profile:
· Preparing Proforma Invoice, Tax Invoice & other Dispatch documents
· Manage day to day Accounting like Purchase, Sales, Cash & Bank, Expenses
· Maintaining Datasheets
· Good knowledge in MS Excel
· Banking & Activities
· Payable Analysis
· Outstanding Follow-ups
· Preparing Reports & Submitting (Pending Payables & Pending Collection – Monthly)
· All the monthly, quarterly & Yearly Accounting activities
· Detailed Knowledge of TDS, GST & Income Tax
· Assistance in preparation of Financial Statements and Tax audits & Stat Audits of Pvt. limited companies
· Preparation of Data for Filing of Annual GST & Monthly GST Returns
Skills
· Soft-spoken
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Proficient in programs including Tally, MS Office
· Interpersonal & Problem Solving skills
· Good in coordinating with other Team Members
