Job Description
• Regular data accounting entries in SAP. Keeping bookkeeping records update. Participate in the Accounting and reporting functions for India operation.
• Preparation of Bank reconciliation and update regular payments and receipts entries.
• Preparation of weekly payment file, bank upload file, ageing, etc.
• Handled AP process & payment process earlier.
• Assisting the reporting Manager in preparation of ME closure.
• Identify, measure and record all business transactions of India operation.
• Collaborating with other finance team members on activities/projects connected within the overall framework of India finance team.
• Working with the reporting Manager and team to ensure timely compliance with respect to tax and other regulatory compliances (GST, Reverse Charge Mechanism under GST, GST reco with GSTR-2A/B, GST audit working, quarterly TDS returns, Audit schedule, FA register, etc.)
• Support Company's other functions within the Finance umbrella- such as preparing Cash flow, monthly /yearly schedule for Internal & Statutory Audit, MIS, etc.
• Liaise with the Group, Internal and Statutory auditors to provide them with timely and accurate information requested.
Qualifications
B-Com / M-Com or Inter-CA with 3 to 4 years of experience.
Following professional traits are necessary requirements:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic individual with the desire to push boundaries to achieve results.
• Ability to manage the function with minimal direction.
• Preferably from service industry from ITES/ Media/ Entertainment / E-commerce.
• Experience in Big 4 Audit firms or MNCs will be added advantage.
Key Skills:
