Key Responsibilities
Liaison for the customer to process the AR invoice.
Preparing, auditing, and distributing customer invoices with supporting documents.
Review and summarize invoicing activity.
Posting of accounting entries Journals, Monthly Petty Cash Expenses.
Supporting accounts analysis activities in collaboration with GL accountant.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook with the ability to quickly learn new programs when required.
Assisting monthly closing activities.
Arranging ledger confirmation & doing reconciliation with our books as & when required & yearly for audit purpose.
Complete Knowledge of Accounts till finalization.
Liaise with consolidation team and provide them necessary reports on time.
Uses word processing, spreadsheet, database or other software on a computer
Required Skills/Qualification to be successful:
Graduate degree in Commerce/Finance/ Accounting.
High proficiency in Office Applications - Primarily Microsoft Excel & Outlook.
Pivot Table, V Look Up, H Look Up, Excel Formulas, etc.
Background in Accountancy with 1-2 year of experience.
Basic knowledge of ERP Software is must.
Has the ability to follow instructions.
Ability to manage time appropriately, communicate effectively with team members and business.
Freshers are welcome.
