Company Profile: Ganpati Group company is a Retail and wholesale Fashion Industry and has various branches in Jaipur.
· Job Responsibility: Experience of 2.5 years to 3 years in accounts work.
Responsible for handling accounts activity such as cash, bank, assets, and various report generation in Tally Prime Software.
Good verbal communication to deal with account dealing and transaction settlement.
Payment adjustment and Discounting knowledge.
Sales and Sales Returns, Purchase Challans, and Purchase Returns.
Knowledge of Vouchers and receipts is a must.
Debit and Credit note Concepts
GR Verification
FMS Party Database
Issuance and Receivable
E bills & E invoices, TO-TI and Eway Bills
Responsible for documentation – direct/indirect Receipts, Billings, customs related (import, export, etc) – preparation, filing, report, follow up, etc.
Responsible to provide costing / estimation / quotation.
Any other job or special tasks that the company may assign from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualification B.Com.
