Job Title: Accounts Assistant

Job summary:
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Accounts Executive to oversee daily accounting operations and support overall financial activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, processing accounting transactions, and assisting with audits and budget planning.
Key Responsibilities:
· Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accuracy of data.
· Maintain general ledger and reconcile accounts regularly.
· Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
· Process accounts payable and receivable in a timely manner.
· Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
· Handle bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
· Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
· Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and internal policies.
· Liaise with auditors, vendors, and internal departments as needed.
· Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Preferred Qualifications And Experience:
· BCom
· Proven experience (1–3 years) in an accounting or finance role.
Requirements and Skills:
· Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).
· Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.
· Familiarity with basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Salary: 15,000-20,000
