Job Title: Hub Accountant
Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai (Near APMC Market / Turbhe MIDC)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Hub Accountant to manage daily accounting operations at our Vashi hub. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally prime
Perform bank reconciliation (BRS) and cash verification
Manage accounts payable & receivable
Maintain petty cash and expense tracking
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
Ensure GST compliance, invoice verification, and documentation
Coordinate with HO for financial reporting and audit support
Monitor outstanding payments and follow-ups
Requirements:
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Finance background
Experience: 1 to 2 year Min in accounting
Strong knowledge of:
Tally / ERP systems
GST, TDS, basic taxation
Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot preferred)
Good communication and coordination skills
Salary:
₹20,000 – ₹30000 per month (based on experience)
Preferred Candidates From:
Vashi, Turbhe, Sanpada, Nerul, Belapur, Thane (Nearby locations preferred for easy commute)
