Job Title: Accounts Executive / Accountant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting tasks and ensure the financial health of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of accounting principles, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with financial regulations
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Handle bank reconciliations and petty cash management
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and budgets
Monitor company expenses and prepare monthly expense reports
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for payment-related matters
File GST, TDS, and other tax returns as per statutory timelines
Support the audit process by providing required documents and data
Use accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books) for daily transactions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proven experience in accounting or a related role (1–3 years preferred)
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
