Job Description:Job Title: Executive/ Senior Executive- Finance and Accounts – Manufacturing- Bangalore
Job Responsibility
1. Invoice Management
Generate and send customer invoices accurately and on time.
Ensure proper documentation and billing details are included.
Coordinate with sales or operations teams for invoice data.
2. Payment Collection
Follow up with customers via calls, emails, or statements.
Ensure payments are received within the credit period.
Apply payments accurately to the right customer accounts.
3. Reconciliation
Reconcile customer accounts regularly.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies (e.g., underpayments, overpayments, deductions).
Work with the finance team to match bank receipts with AR records.
4. Aging Report & Analysis
Prepare Accounts Receivable Aging Reports.
Analyze overdue accounts and escalate long-outstanding balances.
Provide reports to management on collections status and risk accounts.
5. Credit Management
Support credit checks for new customers.
Monitor customer credit limits and usage.
Flag and suggest action on high-risk accounts.
6. Audit & Compliance
Maintain accurate and organized AR records.
Assist during internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
7. Co-ordination with Sales Team
Handle queries related to invoices or payments.
Monitor payment received and pending, ensure timely follow-up.
8. System & Process Improvements
Use accounting/ERP software i.e. SAP, Tally.Key Skills:Key Skills:
Must be a quick learner, excellent communication & negotiation skills
Interpersonal Skills, Persistence, Coordination
Self-motivated and Self driven.
Target Industry: Manufacturing
Mandatory : Must me fluent in English, Kannada and Hindi.

Experience: 3-5yrs
Job Location: Peenya, Bangalore
Working Days: 5 days (2nd and 3rd Saturdays are off)
Qualification: B Com, M Com, ICWA, CA Inter
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
