Are you a driven insurance professional looking to be a key part of a business on the rise? We’re partnering with a thriving General Insurance practice based in Western Sydney that’s undergoing exciting growth and looking for an experienced and motivated Account Executive to join their close-knit team. This opportunity is also open to remote working.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a hands-on, varied role where your contribution will be genuinely valued—and your performance rewarded.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of SME and retail clients, including renewals, new business, quoting, claims, debtors, and client/insurer communications

Process new business and assist with onboarding clients

Support the principal and wider team with client servicing and administration

Contribute to maintaining high service standards and operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For

Ideally 2+ years’ experience in SME insurance broking

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple SME insurance products

Confident in managing claims

A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

Excellent communication skills and fluency in English

Experience with Winbeat/Insight, SVU, and Sunrise platforms is highly regarded
