About the job

The Youth Access Coordinator will work within Orygen Digital and will directly support young people and/or their families/carers, to access Orygen Digital’s online mental health support service “MOST” (Moderated Online Social Therapy).

The Youth Access Coordinator will work closely with the MOST Implementation team to help facilitate and communicate the continued improvements to the engagement strategy.

Reporting to the Head of National Implementation you will:
Support young people and families navigating onboarding to the MOST platform, ensuring timely, person-centred engagement and responsive service.
Lead strategic initiatives to improve access and engagement, using data insights to refine processes and drive increased platform uptake.
Coordinate and enhance documentation, protocols and quality assurance activities related to the MOST access journey.
Collaborate across teams to streamline onboarding, contribute to research, and ensure alignment with implementation, research and tech teams.
Represent Orygen Digital in external forums and engage with stakeholders to promote MOST and co-design service improvements with young people.
Availability to work every 2nd Saturday 9-5 is required.

Skills and experience

The following criteria must be met for consideration for this position:
Proven experience supporting young people and families or coordinating services, ideally in digital or hybrid environments, with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Advanced administrative, communication and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Comfortable working with data and digital tools, drawing insights to drive continuous improvement and inform innovative service design.
Strong understanding of youth mental health, the Australian mental health system, and a collaborative mindset to engage diverse stakeholders across virtual and in-person settings.
Qualifications in youth work or a related field and/or equivalent relevant work experience are desirable.
Candidates from Melbourne, NSW/ACT and Brisbane will be considered.

$95,000 – $110,000 p.a commensurate with skills and experience + 12% super superannuation and $15,900 in NFP salary packaging + $2,600 meals and entertainment card.

This is a full-time contract until 30 June 2027.
