Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage and oversee our accounting functions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting, exceptional analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of financial principles. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
Daily reconciliation and voucher and bill entries in Tally.
Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Conduct month-end and year-end closing processes.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial records are accurate and up to date.
Knowledge of PF, ESI, GST and TDS filing and Income Tax.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
Coordinate with external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in Tally and Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar role within the accounting field.
Total work: 5 years (Preferred)
Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
Salary:
₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
