Sr No Particulars
1 Create Sales invoice, Delivery challan, E Way Bill etc.
2 Create Ledger Account
3 Updating Monthly Job tracker – Google sheet
4 maintain data into excel sheet for all jobs eg.po receive, Invoice no & Challan no. job on hold
5 bank payment and bank receipt entry
6 Knowledge of Credit Note/Debit Note
7 Cash entry
8 Ledger scrutiny
+ TDS and GST Knowledge
10 Client PO Pending Statement
11 Reconcile of accounts payable and receivable
12 Issue Purchase order of Vendors
13 Verifying purchase bills & comparing the rate as per PO
14 Prepare a monthly sales report
15 Booking of Purchase bills and other expenses into Software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
