About the Role:
We are looking for a high-performing, self-directed Account Executive to take ownership of a large portfolio of Sitecore’s Commercial accounts in the ANZ region. This is a farming role - but make no mistake; we want someone who thinks like a builder, acts like a seller and puts the customer at the centre of the conversation. You will drive sales and growth, you will uncover new opportunities and you will help customers unlock the full value of Sitecore’s digital experience platform.

What You’ll Do:
Own and manage a high volume of commercial accounts, focusing on retention, growth, and customer success
Drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewal motions with urgency and precision
Build trusted relationships virtually with decision-makers and key influencers
Identify whitespace opportunities and proactively expand Sitecore's footprint at the account
Collaborate across teams: Customer Success, Marketing, Product—to drive account strategy and execution
Hit and exceed revenue, be able to manage a high level of customer facing activities and meet the performance KPIs consistently
What You Need to Succeed:
Experience within a SaaS sales or business development setting, account management highly advantageous
Demonstrable commercial instincts and a consultative, customer-first approach
Excellent communication and virtual selling skills
Strong English language skills – verbally and in writing
Consultative approach and a problem-solving mindset
Thrive in high-volume, high-opportunity environments with the energy to match
