Job Title - Accounts Executive We are looking for an Accounts Executive with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tally, have experience in bank reconciliation, and possess a keen eye for detail. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced financial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records in Tally.
Perform bank reconciliation and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors as required.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Education: Any bachelor’s degree with relevant accounting work experience preferred.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the Fintech/Financial industry.
Skills Required:
Proficiency in Tally and other accounting software.
Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation processes.
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and resourceful.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
