Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling payments, reconciliations, tax-related tasks, and routine banking operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Process payments to service providers, vendors, and foreign suppliers through bank remittances.
Prepare and follow up on outstanding statements for creditors and debtors.
Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain accurate GST records for purchases, sales, and transport.
Record financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Review ledgers and ensure compliance with statutory accounting regulations.
Manage tax-related tasks such as TDS, VAT, Service Tax, and stamp duties.
Handle routine banking operations and follow up on pending payments.
Verify the accuracy of payments, amounts, and financial records.
Utilize spreadsheets and journals to maintain records and manage credit control efficiently.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Proficiency in GST, TDS, and other tax-related compliance.
Experience with bank reconciliations and financial reporting.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
