Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting tasks. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling accounting entries, and supporting
the finance team in preparing reports and ensuring compliance with applicable standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day books of accounts, including data entry and ledger maintenance.
Handle accounts payable and receivable functions.
Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
Prepare GST returns, TDS filings, and assist with statutory compliance.
Generate and analyze financial reports and statements.
Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and MIS reports.
Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
Monitor company expenses and ensure timely vendor payments.
Maintain documentation and filing of financial records.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance).
1–3 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, SAP).
Knowledge of taxation laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Advantages:
