Brief Description of Duties:-
Executive for Sales Billing / Purchase Billing / Delivery challans with relevant experience of 3 / 5 years or more:-
1) Responsible for below given transactions:
a) Sales Billing for given state, with generation of E-way Bill, IRIN from central location.
b) Purchase Bill booking for given state, with generation of E-way Bill, IRIN from central location.
c) Verification of Imprest / Cash Expenses booking of given branches from central locations.
d) Delivery Challan at designated states, with generation of E-way Bill, IRIN from central location
e) Debit Notes / Credit Notes for given state with E-way Bill, IRIN from central location
f) Material movement posting as per GRN list, Packing List, Abnormal wastage / Consumption.
2) Responsible for documentations for inventory movements as per packing list , in compliance with GST and advising branches.
3) Reconciliation of Sales / Purchases against GSTR2B Reports
4) Aware of GST , TDS provisions
5) Capitalisation of Fixed Assets,
6) Verification of Customer POs, Tender , Contracts for correct sales billing
7) Vendor Account reconciliations
8) Co-ordination between branches – Payment team – Management
+) Generation of Sales Register, Purchase Register
10) Book closing activity, Provisions,
11) Ensuring Support to branches for providing necessary documents as per business needs
12) Inter branch reconciliations.
13) Implementation of internal check points for stopping revenue leakages, pilferages
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
