Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Account Manager with in-depth knowledge of accounting, taxation, GST, and purchase & sales processes. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Bookkeeping:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, general ledger, and financial reporting.
Ensure accurate and timely closing of accounts monthly/quarterly/annually.
Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
GST (Goods & Services Tax):
Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.).
Maintain proper records of input and output GST.
Handle GST audits, reconciliations, and notices.
Taxation & Compliance:
TDS calculation, payment & return filing.
Assist in income tax computations and audits.
Ensure timely compliance with all statutory filings and returns.
Purchase & Sales:
Oversee recording of purchase and sales transactions in ERP/Tally or accounting software.
Verify purchase bills, sales invoices, and ensure correct GST treatment.
Work closely with procurement and sales teams for transaction accuracy.
Team Coordination & Audit:
Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors.
Support financial planning, budgeting, and cost control initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or related field.
M.Com / MBA Finance (preferred but not mandatory).
4+ years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other Indian taxation laws.
Proficient in Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, or other ERP/accounting software.
Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience in working with auditors and tax consultants.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Team player with a proactive attitude.
