Responsibilities:
Handling a portfolio of commercial property claims with the opportunity to work on construction, farm pack and aviation matters, ensuring the best possible outcome for customers.
Working closely and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including brokers, underwriters, service providers and insurers.
Managing binder accounts and going beyond for our clients
Working within a diverse team who value collaboration, caring and creating an enjoyable working environment.
What will help you succeed in this role?:
You have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience within the insurance industry.
You have a background in Commercial Property claims
Experience with Strata, Construction or Motor claims and/or Recoveries is a plus but not essential.
You are looking for a hybrid of collaboration within the office and the flexibility of working from home 2-3 days each week.
You have initiative, drive and strong time management and negotiation skills.
