Roles and Responsibilities
• Handling end-to-end recruitment process.
• Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients.
• We are looking for someone who has 5+ years of experience in US Staffing.
• The candidate will be working closely with the hiring managers, and stakeholders.
• Establishing a good relationship with the client.
• Must have experience in handling IT requirements and hands-on experience in the recruitment process.
• Experience required in client handling.
• We are looking for someone who can bring their own POCs(TCS, HCL and Mindtree).
• Monitoring all the submissions made and submitting only quality profiles.
• Handling a team of recruiters and educating them about the client's expectations.
• Candidates having experience with Implementation partners will be highly preferred.
• 5+ years experience required in US Staffing.
