Job Description
Work with the leadership team on cash flow management and funding of mortgages and accounts payable.
Assists in the preparation of documents and analysis for annual audits.
Preparing budgets.
Research and Analysis Financial Statements.
Preparing and forecasting budget reports.
Manage the accounting staff who are responsible for financial reporting, billing, collections, , and budget preparation.
Audits accounts to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations; coordinates with outside auditors and provides needed information for the annual external audit.
Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent management and supervisory skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in accounting and tax preparation software.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar soft
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration required.
3+year experience in Accounting.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
