ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Account Manager, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of accounts within Public Practice, driving growth, profitability, and client satisfaction. Your relationship-building skills will make you the go-to contact for key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and value is maximised.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Leadership: Set strategic direction for regional sales activities while maintaining strong relationship management.
Sales Performance: Drive business development, cross-sell and upsell initiatives to meet financial and CPD revenue targets.
Account Management: Develop and execute strategic plans for portfolios and key accounts, ensuring growth, reform, and member satisfaction.
Member Engagement: Represent CA ANZ at events and forums to gather member feedback and promote the organisation.
Governance Support: Collaborate with regional teams and external bodies including councils and advisory groups to enhance engagement.
Issue Resolution: Act as the escalation point for service issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Insights & Feedback: Source and share member insights to inform product development and advocacy efforts.
