Supervise and control activities of accounts department
Implement accounting systems
Ensuring adherence to Policies and Procedures
Reconcile Banks, parties & other statement
Prepare monthly financial reports & Cost sheet of Programs
Preparation & checking of Balance Sheet of all units.
Review, process and release banking payments in timely manner
Director & indirect taxation and FCRA and other applicable laws
Managing Bank Accounts including FCRA account and meeting compliance
Prepare an expense budget report
Tracking & Managing the utilization of funds. Controlling on cash usage & always check on cash maintaining sufficient balance in all bank account & Physical cash .
Maintains Internal & Statutory Audit and ensure timely filing of income tax & FCRA return
Handle all legal Matter related to finance.
Verify salary and incentive plan with its timely distribution
Management of Inventory
Manage Trademark, Insurance & AMC of all the department of the trust
Maintain Records of Minutes & Asset Register of the trust
Co-ordinate with other departments within and outside organisation for various work.
Accomplish all tasks assigned time to time by the management.
