Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team in the MDU Space .The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and driving business growth. This role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

We specialize in face-to-face sales and are rapidly expanding across Canada. We’re currently looking for a motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our MDU Sales team to promote Amazon Key .
The Opportunity
This is a commissioned direct sales opportunity that allows you to be a part of the Northern People Inc. team while representing AMAZON , one of the top five companies globally, known for innovation, impact, and industry leadership.
You’ll be responsible for building strong partnerships with property managers, condo boards, and strata associations, educating them on the value of Amazon Key, and driving successful onboarding and implementation. You will be part of a high-performing field team, working under the guidance of an experienced Field Manager who will support your development and success in the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage property managers, building owners, condo boards, and strata councils to promote Amazon Key solutions.
Educate stakeholders on product benefits, security features, and resident experience improvements.
Develop and manage a pipeline of potential MDU opportunities using CRM tools.
Conduct building walkthroughs, virtual or in-person presentations, and on-site meetings to assess suitability and drive interest.
Partner with internal teams and installation vendors to ensure smooth deployment and customer satisfaction.
Represent Amazon professionally at building events, trade shows, and industry meetings.
Meet and exceed monthly activation and engagement targets in your assigned territory.
Gather customer insights and report feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Skills
1–3+ years of field sales experience (telecom, cable, utilities, or real estate sales preferred).
Proven ability to prospect, present, and close in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable working independently and hitting sales targets.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally to buildings as required.
Familiarity with MDUs, condo boards, or property management is a strong asset.
Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
