Job Essential Functions
• Liaising with Cardiac Surgery departments about product features and functionalities.
• Identifying potential healthcare professionals and traveling to customer locations.
• Accommodating the schedules of healthcare professionals in setting appointments.
• Memorizing product features and presenting their functionalities, using applicable medical terminology.
• Conducting Internal and external training sessions to individual product users, professional teams, or healthcare departments.
• Customers Trainings (Product Dry/ Wet Lab) and presentations
• Support clinical procedures in operating rooms of hospital accounts to assure customer and patient success with Corcym Heart Valve products.
• Meet with existing and potential clients (e.g., physicians, physician office groups at hospitals) by traveling (in an automobile or airplane) to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and to discuss and demonstrate how Corcym Heart Valve products
• Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel (e.g., sales, clinical research, marketing, technical support) to develop optimal solutions
• Analyzing competitor products and highlighting our unique product features in sales pitches.
• Support Local Congress and International congresses
• Support the sales team strategies and implemented in the market
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
• Domain knowledge in relevant therapeutic areas of cardiology and/or cardiac surgery
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good knowledge of oral and written English
• Strong work ethic with ability to multi-task and work independently
• Able to collaborate in team environment
Education
Degree in engineering, life-sciences and/or advanced clinical degree preferable
Experience
A minimum of five-seven year experience in companies operating in the pharmaceutical and medical device fields
