What is your role:
The Sr. Manager - Payables will be responsible for overseeing the complete accounts payable function, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing of vendor payments while maintaining strong financial controls and coordination with internal and external .
Job responsibilities:
1. Manage end-of-end accounts payable process, including verification and timely vendor payments.
2. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.
3. Maintain accurate accounts related record to payables.
4. Supervise and guide the payable team to ensure efficiency and accuracy in daily operations.
5. Prepare payable-related MIS, aging reports, and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
6 .Work closely with internal departments to ensure proper documentation and approval workflows.
7. Utilize accounting software such as Tally / Logisys for efficient processing and reporting.
