We are seeking a dedicated accountant to join our team and help drive our business growth and manage our financial operations efficiently. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant to handle our financial tasks, including GST filings, payment entries, Tally operations, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities: GST Filings: Prepare and file GST returns on a timely basis. Ensure compliance with all GST regulations and guidelines. Handle any audits or queries related to GST filings. Payment Entries: Record all financial transactions accurately in the accounting system. Process payments to vendors, suppliers, and employees. Tally Operations: Manage and maintain the Tally ERP system. Enter financial data into Tally accurately and efficiently. Generate reports as required by management. Account Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Prepare balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports as needed. General Accounting: Perform general accounting duties such as journal entries, ledger maintenance, and account reconciliations. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities. Provide support during internal audits and external audits. Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Stay updated on changes in tax laws or accounting standards that may affect the company. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field (e.g., B.Com., CA Inter). At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Tally ERP software is mandatory. Strong knowledge of GST laws and regulations. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Good communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in accounting (CA/CMA/CPA) is an added advantage. Experience working with other accounting software besides Tally is beneficial. What We Offer: Competitive salary package CTC from ₹2.5 Lakhs to ₹3 Lakhs per annum.
