As we scale our eCommerce operations, we are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage our financial operations, eCommerce reconciliations, GST filings, and reporting. Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant at Ravelcare Limited, Mumbai. The Accountant will be responsible for managing eCommerce financials, reconciling Shopify transactions, handling multi-state GST filings, and preparing financial reports. This role requires strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced D2C environment.
???? Salary Range: ₹3.5 - ₹4.5 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
???? E-Commerce Accounting & Reconciliation – Manage Shopify, Razorpay, Marketplaces, and payment gateway transactions.
???? GST & TDS Compliance – File multi-state GST returns (Maharashtra, Karnataka, Haryana) and handle TDS payments.
???? Inventory & COGS Management – Maintain stock valuation and purchase records.
???? Financial Reporting – Prepare P&L, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements.
???? Payroll & Compliance – Process salaries, ESIC, PF, PT, and other statutory payments.
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in eCommerce, retail, or D2C accounting.
Expertise in Tally, Excel, Shopify, Razorpay, and Marketplace transactions.
Strong understanding of GST, TDS, compliance, and reconciliation.
Experience in financial reporting, account reconciliation, and payroll management.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/CMA preferred).
Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
