Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate books of accounts as per statutory and company guidelines
Handle day-to-day accounting functions including journal entries, ledger management, and reconciliation
Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable
Manage GST, TDS, PF, ESI filings and ensure timely compliance with all statutory regulations
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
Maintain fixed asset register and oversee inventory accounting
Assist in budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting
Ensure proper documentation and record keeping for financial transactions
Collaborate with the production and procurement teams to ensure accurate costing of manufactured goods
