Crewcare Limited are currently looking for a fixed term accountant to assist with an accounting project aimed to create operational efficiencies and reduce the amount of manual work currently performed.
This fixed term role is until 24 December 2026 and is based in the North Shore and requires the successful candidate to physically work from our office.
This role will be responsible for the following:
Helping formulate and execute an automation solution to collect and analyse data for accounting purposes.
Assisting with month-end processes and reporting.
Preparing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations.
Managing fixed asset accounting and monthly reconciliations.
Ensuring accurate and timely payments.
Supporting franchise-related accounting and account reconciliation.
Collaborating with the team to ensure year-end reporting deadlines are met.
Help drive and execute operational efficiency.
Applicants must have a minimum of 4-years accounting experience or a relevant degree in accounting or finance. Strong interpersonal skills are very important in order to succeed.
This role is permanent and for 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri). Remuneration ranges from $80,000 - $100,000 per annum (pro-rata to the duration of the fixed term), depending on skills and experience.
