Experience:
• Minimum – 06 months of experience as an accountant in any CA firm.
• Maximum – 02 years experience as accountant from hospitality industry.
• Note:
• Candidate having relevant experience from or hospitality industry would be considered as experienced or will be considered as fresher.

Salary slab:
• Fresher – Rs.240,000/- Per annum (CTC = Fix + Bonus = 70:30 ration)
• Experienced – Up to Rs.300,000/- Per annum (CTC = Fix + Bonus = 70:30 ration)
• Note:
• Salary structure: Fix + Bonus (70:30 ratio).
• Candidates applying for the above post should be compulsory target oriented.

Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or relevant accounting certification is often preferred.
• Prior accounting experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and tax laws.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Accounts Payable and Receivable:
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and in a timely manner.
• Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity.

Tax Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
• Prepare and file tax returns, including goods and service tax, payroll, etc.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws that may impact the hospitality industry.

Audit and Internal Controls:
• Coordinate and participate in financial audits, both internal and external.
• Implement and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard financial assets and prevent fraud.

Cost Control and Analysis:
• Analyze cost structures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and recommend cost-control measures.
• Monitor and control expenses related to food and beverage, labor, and other operational areas.

Financial Systems and Software:
• Utilize accounting software and financial management systems to streamline processes and improve accuracy.
• Stay updated on advancements in accounting technology and recommend system upgrades when necessary.

Financial Planning and Strategy:
• Collaborate with management to develop financial strategies and long-term financial plans.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and profitability.

Vendor and Supplier Relations:
• Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure timely payments.
