About Us:
Infrastudios is a growing lighting & smart automation company specializing in premium lighting solutions and smart home systems. We work on high-end residential and commercial projects.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Operations Executive who can manage day-to-day accounting along with operational coordination. This role requires strong financial discipline combined with excellent follow-up and execution skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts & Finance:
Maintaining books of accounts and daily entries
Invoice creation, billing, and payment tracking
Vendor payments and reconciliation
Customer payment follow-ups and ledger management
Coordination with CA for GST, TDS, and compliance
Operations & Coordination:
Vendor coordination and purchase order management
Dispatch tracking and logistics follow-ups
Preparing estimates and BOQs
Maintaining MIS reports and documentation
Internal coordination with sales, accounts and site teams
Basic inventory tracking (preferred)
Required Skills:
Strong accounting fundamentals (Tally / Excel preferred)
Excellent follow-up and coordination ability
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills (English & Hindi; Gujarati is a plus)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Background:
Experience in accounting plus operations or backend roles
Experience in lighting, electrical, construction or automation industry preferred
B.Com or accounting background preferred
Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may apply
