Accountant

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day to activity for Accounts &

Administration. On a regular basis, they communicate and enforce Company and Club

policies and procedures and also will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

· To ensure day-to-day accounting.

· Keeping checks and balances in order

· Compile and analyze financial statements

· Manage budgeting and forecasting

· Getting internal audits done on a timely basis

· Remove the deficiencies pointed out in the internal audit report.

· Ensuring all statutory returns are submitted in time and with statutory compliance.

· Making MIS and other periodic reports in time and present to management.

· Ensuring software data is up to date and making the best use of software data for analysis.

· Documentation and filing of all statutory, accounting, and legal documents.

· Update and email UFC GYM activity & royalty reports on a monthly basis.

· Processing all vendors, and statutory and utility payments.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

· Fluency in Microsoft Office suite ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc
