Responsibilities Responsibilities . Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers expectations and company's objectives . Analyze sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock . Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and timescales . Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately . Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory . Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets . Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc. . Manage in-bound stock to hit the launch targets and provide regular up-dates to the whole Team. . Monitor weekly performance and provide forecasts and place orders for activities to ensure a successful in-season execution and deliver the target availability across the chains. . Take accountability for achieving all key performance indicators (sales, stock Availability, margin and markdown). . Take appropriate action to resolve current failures in terms of stock availability or target achievement due to stock issues and minimize future occurrences. . Generate stock in-take in line with the agreed Open-To-Buy and capacity allowances. . Managing exit and aged stock in-line with the company policy and update the team with the relevant information. . Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals Preferred Skills: Sourcing & Procurement- Strategic Sourcing - Category Management- Market Intelligence
