Job Descriptions
• To Manage the Accounts Dept. and oversee team of Accounts Executive
• Verify vendor Invoice collection and Debtors Creditors Reconciliation.
• Hands on experienced of Accounts till Finalization.
• Preparing Balance sheet and PL Account.
• Knowledge of Accounting principal And Purchase to Pay Process
• Preparing Audit File and Internal Audit of Invoices,
• Making monthly report for MIS purpose.
• Supporting executives with Sister Companies.
• Reverse and Rectification of Errors Find in GRN and Purchase/Work Order.
• Liaising with various bankers for smooth EXIM banking operation and project finance.
• Co-ordinate with various department(store, purchase, Operation, Logistic) for ensuring compliance with Companys controls for Vendor payment payables:-
• Maintaining all book of accounts as per the accounting standard.
• Monitoring of TDS processing of Vendor Employee Liabilities and the subsequent payment of the monthly tax liability.
• Verification of monthly working related to TDS Consult with various issues.
• Preparing TDS Return on Quarterly.
• Preparation of Compliance Report on monthly basis (TDS, GST, Vendor payments)
• Preparation in monthly GST working and subsequent payment of the monthly liability.
• Preparation and E-filing of Goods and service tax returns FORM GST-1, FORM GST-2 and FORM GST-3 and computation of Goods and service tax liabilities.
