Job Description
· Responsible for validating invoices issued to customers
· Scrutinize supplier invoices, keep record of the same and responsible for processing payments
· Responsible for interacting with suppliers, providing payment updates and act as single point of contact for resolving any queries
· Record entries related to customer collections & supplier payments as per company’s policy
· Reconciling supplier Statement of Accounts as per agreed Turn Around Time
· Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports
