AGM/DGM - Finance HeadDuties and Responsibilities :- Be the strategic business partner to business leaders and other stakeholders.- Ensure effective financial management of the business: responsible for performing all financial tasks and oversight necessary to achieve the organization''s target and help execute growth plans.- Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the organization including profit and loss reports, and monitoring of regional and cash flow budgets.- Manage and oversee various relationships with financial partners, including Financial Planning & Analysis, Strategic Pricing & - Planning, Accounting, Financial Operations, Cost management, and Financial Applications.- Participate in developing new products and markets by assisting in identifying new opportunities and managing all aspects of financial assessment including ROI, IRR, and cash flow analysis.- Business partnering - work closely with company leaders & stakeholders to develop financial forecasts and operational goals, apply business judgment and financial insights to assist with decision-making.- Help us scale efficiently - we''ll always move fast, but evolving our planning processes and ensuring finance best practices spread through the organization.- Help drive requirements and implementation for financial planning and business intelligence systems.- Analyze business risks and opportunities, and make recommendations as they affect the financial results of the business.- Serve as the champion of operational excellence; develop and enhance a financial foundation with appropriate systems and processes that will allow the business to grow effectively- Establish metrics and processes across all business functions for regular assessment and improvement.Qualification: CA/ MBA in Finance/ Masters in a quantitative field with an excellent academic record.Required Skills:- 15 -18 years' experience within a proven track record of success serving as a key member of the senior executive team in providing input to the Director/CEO, Board, and Management peers regarding the financial implications of all major business decisions, as well as strategic objectives- Significant functional competence, and credible leadership experience, playing both operational and strategic roles in the finance arena.- Diversified exposure in dealing with International customers/ teams across the globe is mandatory.- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models.- Ability to manage and complete multiple projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency.- People management experience - hiring, mentoring, building, and managing a team (ref:iimjobs.com
