PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Handle Customer Account Management, accounts payable & receivables, settlement of customers’ claims, generating sales volume etc.
· Make Vendor Payments and Prepare monthly and weekly Bank Reconciliation Reports.
· Ensure 100% smooth operations with respect to timely collection & accounting of receipts / dispatch of stocks / acknowledgement of deliveries. Prepare monthly MIS for the company on the key financial and non-financial performance indicators.
· Ensuring the accuracy and timelines of Financials reporting in accordance with the accounting standards, disclosure statements, policies and procedures.
· Reporting and analyzing monthly sales results, changes in cost of selling, financial insight and impact for all major deals.
· Coordinating with Key Customer for improving business and recovery.
· Follow ups with debtors and vendors.
· Develop client and project profitability models with the Sales and Commercial teams.
· Manage and support Quotation preparation, reporting and order confirmation.
· Maintain Day Book & Computerized Books of Accounting.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
· Knowledge of working on accounting software.
· Should have a Bachelor's/Master’s degree in finance or accounting or should be certified Chartered Accountant or Certified Management Accountant.
· Ability to handle and maintain any new accounting, timekeeping, payroll, inventory, property, or related procedures, systems and controls.
· Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
