Sourcewiz is on a mission to revolutionize B2B commerce! The world of e-commerce changed back in the early 2000s when a few software empowered all retailers to create digital experiences for their customers seamlessly. Even though B2B Commerce is much larger than B2C commerce, it still runs essentially offline, and players who want to create B2B E-commerce experiences have to rely on software that is not meant for B2B but built primarily for B2C.
We are here to change that. We are building a SaaS platform to digitize B2B commerce businesses, factories, wholesalers, and distributors worldwide. We started with factories and have onboarded 800+ global factories (exporters) in India just in 11 months of launch and are now launching internationally.

Job Description
Role: We are looking for a smart, hungry & experienced Finance professional to join us in our Finance team. The person would work closely with founders & lead the finance team in operations, compliance & business finance.
Responsibilities
Controlling of Finance, General Accounting, General Ledger, Treasury management Review all financial plans and budgets and monitor all periodic financial reports Handle export related aspects including documentation, LC, Contract terms etc. Assist founders with board meeting deck, business plan and monthly MIS Regularly look for cost reduction opportunities and optimising Working Capital Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports Ensure financial reporting systems comply with government regulations and legislation Lead and manage taxation, balance sheet, closing, financial statements reporting Coordinate with the external auditors for statutory audit and due diligence Work closely with leadership in funding rounds & related compliances Handle the F&A work as well as be an advisor to the Founders in all minor & major decisions including structuring of overseas subsidiaries
Qualifications And Skills
Qualified CA with 7-8 years of experience ( at least 2 years with fast paced startup) At least 2 years of experience as FC or similar roles ideally in a multi-country company arrangement Have handled legal aspects or have worked closely with legal team in the past Candidates with experience in export related business would be preferred Any experience in working in internet/tech companies, and/or fund raising would have a definite advantage Compensation: Best in the industry.
