Job Summary :
The ideal candidate will be experienced in accounting services. We expect you to be a reliable professional, able to balance accounting process, coordination with team, customer orientation, and a results-driven approach.
Your overall goal is to ensure that all accounting procedures are followed accurately to implement the accounting functions within the organization
Roles and Responsibilties:
• Candidate should have great hold in accounting with great knowledge of TDS, GST, Return filling, Tally Prime software, E-Way bill generation, etc.
• Proven experience as an Accounts Executive for minimum 3 Years.
• Organizational and time-management skills to complete the work.
• Knowledge of Tally Prime as per the latest updated version, Basic Excel-all formulas and functions, pivot tables, V-Look up etc.
Skills Require
• GST Returns Filling
• TDS Filling
• Thorough knowledge of Tally Prime
• Bank Updation
• Invoicing
• Purchase Orders
• Other accounting related functions
Details of responsibilities to be handled as an Accounts Executive: -
o Entry of Client Purchase Order in Tally Prime as soon as received.
o Stock Transfer Entries in Tally Prime.
o New Vendor Registration Form entry in Tally Prime & saving the document for future reference.
o Vendor Bill Entry in Tally Prime & updation in Excel.
o Vendor Bill Payment Approval on time to clear the payment.
o Saving of Vendor Bills in folder for record purpose.
o Raising of Purchase Order to the Vendor in Tally Prime.
o Client Invoice Raising in Tally Prime in accordance with the Purchase Order & timely submission to client.
o Raising the Delivery Challan in Tally Prime as per requirement.
o Bank Updations in Tally Prime from time to time to reconcile.
o E-way Bill Generation where necessary.
o Printing and formatting of relevant documents in Excel & Word.
o Familiar with TDS & Income Tax Provisions.
o Familiar with GST provisions in relation to GSTR 1, GSTR 2B & GSTR 3B.
